Eighteeen students at Oasis Academy Coulsdon are receiving special training from the Beatbullying charity to become Cybermentors. When their training is complete, they will be able to advise and support young people throughout the UK who have concerns or worries about being bullied.
The students have already received 3 days of training and instruction on how to be effective Cybermentors and their training will continue over the next few weeks. By the end of the summer term they will be fully operational and helping the charity.
All the students are registered at www.cybermentors.org.uk. This is the site where young people can visit and 'talk' about their problems or anxieties online, to Cybermentors all over the country. If the problem is too big for them to help it is referred to a Beatbullying worker or Senior Cybermentor. The website is manned from 8am until 2am so whenever someone has a crisis there will always be someone available to help.
Aye mate! And welcome to limbo! Problem: I have no idea what page you're trying to work on. You need to define a body ID in the template, then turn on the necessary rows and columns in layout.css. Arrrrgh!
