The Academy's Student Leadership structure provides opportunities for students to contribute and develop leadership skills throughout each Key Stage.
In the Sixth Form Academy Head Boy, Girl and Deputies are supported by Arc Prefects and Senior Prefects.
Key Stage 4 Head Boy, Girl and Deputies are appointed from Year 11, as are Arc Leaders and Prefects.
A Head Boy and Head Girl of Key Stage 3 are supported by Key Stage 3 Student Leaders.
The Student Leadership Team work with the Student Council and staff ensure that the Academy runs smoothly and efficiently and that students have a voice in shaping their future.
All positions of responsibility will run for a 12 month period and from 2012, appointments will commence from Easter.
