Welcome to our new Year 7s!

So that we can start to find out a little bit about you, please complete our quick questionnaire below. When you are filling in your questionnaire be sure to tell us about what subjects you enjoy and even those you’re not so keen on, your family, and your interests and hobbies to help us get to know you.

We will be getting in touch with your Primary School Teachers to find out a little more about you, and where possible we will be getting in touch with you in the coming months in readiness for your start at the Academy.

Please be aware that once you start to complete the below questionnaire you will not be able to save it and come back to it later, so make sure you have enough time to complete and submit the form when you start.

Please complete the below form to inform us of any medical, allergies, intolerances, SEN or disabilities your child has that we need to be aware of.

If your child does not have any of the above needs you do not need to complete this form. However, if there is anything that we need to be aware of whilst your child is in the care of the Academy, it is your responsibility to complete this form.

If you would like your child to attend the summer transition week which is running from Monday 21st until Friday 25th August 2023, please complete the below form to secure their place. Students will not be permitted to attend if you have not completed this form in advance.

You do not need to sign up for the full week, if you can only attend some of the days and not others we would still love to welcome you. Please ensure you indicate the days you can attend on the booking form.
